Our business phone and high-speed internet services rely on a state-of-the-art fiber optic network that is hosted in our data center. The equipment in that room generates a lot of heat and climate control (air-conditioning) is critical 365 days a year. We experienced an issue in the middle of winter in sub-zero weather and Hyde-Stone responded quickly and worked diligently into the evening hours to restore functionality to our system and keep our network - and our customers - up and running.
